This design devistates their next house!

Their house has another bedroom and walk through chamber for a clothes washer and dryer. Plus the biggest room in the additional photos below. Theirs is one floor and costs a quarter of a million dollars more! Surprise; My design has an extra floor with a balcony, double the sliding glass doors on the basement and less than half the foundation of theirs!
